Fogleman, USAF (Ret.) of Durango, Colo. has been elected to the Hall of Outstanding Americans by the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum. Fogelman served as the 15th Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force, the highest leadership position and senior ranking officer in the USAF.
