GREENSBORO, N.C. - NC State's Ryan Goodman is the Atlantic Coast Conference Wrestler of the Week for February 5 after a win over No. 18 Indiana last week.  

On Saturday, Goodman scored the go-ahead points for NC State. Trailing 18-13 with two matches left, the sophomore 197-pounder pinned Hoosier Nate Everhart at 4:17. His points put the Wolfpack up 19-18. 

Teammate Jainor Palma earned a decision in the final match as the Wolfpack won 22-18. The victory is NC State's first win over a ranked opponent since defeating Penn State during the 1990-91 season.

Goodman and the Wolfpack have a busy week with conference matches against North Carolina on Wednesday and at Virginia on Friday, before traveling to George Mason on Saturday.
