Oregon Chapter Banquet set for Wilsonville, May 1    The Class of 2004 Oregon honorees will be honored on Saturday May 1st, Holliday Inn, Wilsonville, Oregon.     The following will receive the "Lifetime Service to Wrestling" award by the National Wrestling Hall of Fame:    Ronald Dean James   Dan Speasl   Gary C Head   Mike Clock   Robert James Shewbert     Receiving the state "Medal of Courage" award will be Dusty Johnson.     Mr. Stan Zeamer, Chairman of the Board of Governors will represent the Hall of Fame at the awards ceremony.    Georgia Chapter  Banquet set for the Atlanta Marriott, May 2    The Georgia Chapter will hold their 2nd Honors Banquet on Sunday, May 2nd at the Atlanta Marriott, Gwinnett Place, Deluth.
