NWCA to host 2004 NWCA Convention with U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Indianapolis, Ind., May 20-23

(Manheim, PA) The National Wrestling Coaches Association is pleased to announce the 2004 NWCA Convention will be held May 20 at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN. The NWCA convention, which is presented by ASICS, Cliff Keen and Resilite will be held immediately before the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team Trials at the RCA Dome on May 21-23.    The 2004 convention offers coaches of all levels and other wrestling leaders an opportunity to develop proficiencies in a variety of areas while networking with their peers.  It is also a fantastic opportunity to witness the crowning of the 2004 US Olympic Team.      The convention is a necessity for professional development of coaches.  The convention offers technique clinics, workshops, coaching education programs and numerous social activities.    * ASICS, Cliff Keen, and Resilite Present the 2004 NWCA Convention    * Excellent NWCA seating at the Olympic Trials is still available     Among the special activities at this year's event are:  * Featured coaching education seminars by J Robinson, Dan Gable, and Rob Koll  * Technique sessions by Sergei Belogazov, Pat Santoro and Greg Strobel   * Buffet lunch at the Hyatt Regency  * Discounted Gold Medal Club All-Session tickets to the Olympic Trials  * Nutrition seminar with Gatorade Sports Science Institute expert Craig Horswill  * Leadership Seminar by United States Marine Corps Wrestling Coach Jay Antonelli  * Special presentations for both scholastic and collegiate coaches  * Exhibitors social at the Hyatt Regency  * Trade show will be hosted featuring the latest products and services within the wrestling community     In cooperation with the Indiana Sports Corporation, the NWCA is offering a special ticket package to the US Olympic Team Trials.  The NWCA has a block of 150 Gold Medal Club All-Session tickets (at discounted rates) to the Olympic Trials.  This special NWCA Convention "Gold Medal Club Package" includes the following "value added" benefits:    * Premium lower level reserved seating   * Autograph sessions each day   * Free parking   * Free Program   * Commemorative gift   * Opportunity to meet the newly crowned US Olympic Team     This Olympic Trial "Gold Medal Club (VIP) Package" is available on a first come, first serve basis to all Convention attendees up until April 30, 2004. The cost for the convention is a $150, which includes a commemorative gift, buffet lunch and exhibitors social on Thursday evening and an opportunity to purchase discounted tickets to the Olympic Team Trials. Additional tickets can be purchased for all the included activities.    The NWCA has reserved a block of rooms for the NWCA Convention at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. Room rates are a $137 per night plus sales tax for a double. Please indicate that you are with the NWCA Convention when making your room reservations.
