WASHINGTON, D.C. - American University wrestler Daniel Waters (Laurel, Del./Penn State) has been chosen by NCAA On-Campus, a thirty-minute monthly program produced by Fox Sports Net, to be featured nationally during their April broadcast.     Before coming to American, Waters spent six years as a Navy SEAL, one of the most powerful and elite commando forces in the United States Military. At American, he has made his presence known on the mats, leading his weight class in wins throughout the season.     Hosted by Patrick O'Neal, Sage Steele and Yolanda Vazquez, On Campus features NCAA student-athletes and the stories behind them.
