Klippan, Sweden - World silver medalist Patricia Miranda (Colorado Springs, Colo./Dave Schultz WC) captured a gold medal at 48 kg/105.5 lbs. at the Klippan Ladies Open on Sunday as the U.S. won three medals overall.    Miranda defeated four-time World medalist Inga Karamtshakova of Russia in the finals, 8-1.    Also winning medals for the U.S. were 2003 World champion Kristie Marano (Colorado Springs, Colo./New York AC) at 67 kg/147.5 lbs. and 2003 U.S. Nationals champion Katie Downing (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) at 72 kg/158.5 lbs.    In the gold-medal bout, Marano lost to her Russian opponents, 8-3.    Losing their bronze medal matches were Jenny Wong (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) at 55 kg/121 lbs. and Kaci Lyle (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) at 67 kg/147.5 lbs.
