On February 29th, 2004 the North Shore Wrestling Club will be hosting the 1st Annual Teague W. Ryan Memorial Wrestling Quad. The contestants at this event will be from Garden City, Islip, Hauppauge and the North Shore (Rocky Point Area).    This event is being held in memoriam for Teague W. Ryan, son of Tom Ryan, Head Coach of Hofstra University  Wrestling, and will help to raise money for the Teague William Ryan Scholarship Fund.  The event will be Televised on Telecare for all to see and will be an annual event.    An event like this will require donations and sponsorships in order to defer the cost of  broadcasting , food , trophies etc..  The North Shore Wrestling Club will also donate 50 percent of all profits raised that day which will come from a gate fee and concessions.
