Northern Illinois' Ben Heizer has been named the Mid-American Conference Wrestler of the Week.    The nation's No. 3 ranked wrestler went 3-0 over the weekend at the Northern Illinois Duals with three technical-fall victories. He helped lead the Huskies to wins over Northwestern, Loras College and Elmhurst College.    He opened with a 17-1 win over Matt Sassolino of Elmhurst. In the second dual vs. Northwestern, Heizer shutout Joseph Gulotta 16-0. In the final dual vs. Loras College, Heizer grabbed a 20-2 win.    Heizer placed sixth at the 2003 NCAA Tournament. He was an NCAA qualifier in 2002.
