Ai Group announced an agreement to work in partnership with Colorado Springs-based USA Wrestling to deliver a new comprehensive Web-based membership and event management system to the USA Wrestling organization. Building on work performed for other National Governing Bodies (NGBs) of the U.S. Olympic Committee, Ai Group will be implementing its Webpoint NGB Membership Management System for USA Wrestling. Ai Group's Webpoint system for USA Wrestling will include customized modules to help USA Wrestling manage the online membership sign-up and renewal process for over 153,000 members. In addition, Ai Group will be implementing features to assist with competition & event management, online testing & certification, and e-commerce. Other areas that system capabilities will support include committee management, financial management and reporting, online education, training & publications, fundraising and more. By streamlining operating efficiencies and other processes on the national, state and local level, USA Wrestling will be able to focus more attention and resources on serving members and growing the organization, rather than managing paperwork and data entry. "We trust Ai Group's knowledge and experience in working with sports organizations to deploy Web-based technology systems to meet our unique and complex requirements. Also, the business model Ai Group has developed works effectively for both of our organizations," said Mark Scott, Director of State Services for USA Wrestling. Because Ai Group's Webpoint membership management technologies have been specifically designed for customization, the system can be quickly scaled and configured to the unique needs and guidelines of the USA Wrestling organization. With Webpoint, NGBs can completely manage all of their membership management activities via a single Web-based system. Other NGBs that are partnering with Ai Group include US Figure Skating Association, US Racquetball Association, USA Water Polo and USA Volleyball. "We're pleased that so many NGBs are recognizing the value of our Membership and Event Management system which we can implement for them now on a partnership basis to meet their current and future requirements," said Peter Charczenko, President of Ai Group.
