Iowa Public Television recently received four awards, including one for its wrestling documentary entitled "Cael Sanderson: Portrait of a Champion."    The programming Iowa Public Television does best - documentaries about Iowans and educational programming - was recognized by the Iowa Motion Picture Association (IMPA) last week in Des Moines.     IPTV received two awards in the "Documentary" category and two awards in the "Educational" category at the IMPA 2003 Awards Ceremony April 19.
