The University of Pennsylvania has released eighty sets of NCAA tickets that are in section 203 and are good seats.  Call Scott Merritt in the Penn ticket office (215)-898-6151 with a credit card and the tickets will be available at the 'Will Call' booth at Kemper Arena.
