The 2003 edition of the "International Rule Book and Guide to Wrestling" has arrived.  All 2003 USA Wrestling registered coaches, clubs, and officials will receive the 2003 Rule Book as a benefit of their membership with USA Wrestling.      To become a member of USA Wrestling, please contact your State Chairperson, or State Membership Director. The membership year for USA Wrestling began September 1st 2002 and will conclude August 31st 2003.  Members of USA Wrestling can participate in USA Wrestling sanctioned events offered throughout the nation.        There are currently 10,433 coaches, 2,247 clubs and 1,692 officials that are registered with USA Wrestling.    Rule books for non-members of USA Wrestling are available.
