Three U.S. women wrestlers from Cumberland College in Kentucky claimed silver medals at the Western Open, held at the Univ. of Western Ontario in Canada.    The three Cumberland silver medalists were Sara Hayes at 53 kg, Alaina Berube at 61 kg and Issa Alvarez at 65 kg.    The other Cumberland athlete in the field was Brenda McDaniels, who was fourth at 57 kg.    Many of Canada's top women's college wrestlers competed in this event, as well as some top Canadian open level women wrestlers.    Cumberland placed fourth in the teams standings in the Women's Open division.
