Durlacher Going For Third Title At World Maccabiah Games

Evanston, Ill. Northwestern wrestling assistant Lindsey Durlacher went 2-0 last weekend at the USA Maccabiah trials in Philadelphia, Pa. Wrestling at the University of Pennsylvania, Durlacher qualified for the right to represent the US at the World Maccabiah Games for his third and final time. Durlacher is a two-time Maccabiah champion. Durlacher defeated Stuart Holzar (Duke) by technical fall (11-0) in round one and fifth-ranked Jason Silverstein (Purdue) 4-3 in overtime. The World Maccabiah Games take place in Tel Aviv, Israel, during the month of July (7-21).
