The annual FILA Officiating Commission meeting will be held at the Conference Center of the Americas adjacent to the prestigious Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Fla., December 13-15.    The meeting will be conducted by FILA President Raphael Martinetti and FILA Officiating Commission President Mario Saletnig.    The FILA Officiating Commission meets annually to review the rules of international wrestling and the technical aspects of wrestling championships.    USA Wrestling has been entrusted with organizing the meeting, in cooperation with the United States Wrestling Officials Association (USWOA) and in partnership with the World Olympians Association (WOA). The USWOA is the largest officials association in the world. The World Olympians Association office of the Americas, located in Coral Gables, addresses the needs of Olympians and helps them to better serve their communities.    Rick Tucci, the President of the USWOA and a Board member of USA Wrestling is one of the Officiating Commission members. Tucci is a resident of Pembroke Pines, Fla.    Representing USA Wrestling at the meetings are USA Wrestling President Stan Dziedzic and USA Wrestling Executive Director Rich Bender.    Participants will be travelling from across the world including nations such as Switzerland, France, Korea, Italy, Yugoslavia, Egypt and Armenia.
