Cael Sanderson has terminated his agreement with Creative Management International (CMI), a sports and entertainment representative group.    Sanderson, who became a member of the 2002 U.S. Freestyle World Team last summer after finishing a 159-0 collegiate career that included four NCAA titles, has cited "irreconcilable differences"in parting with the group.    "At this time I felt CMI and I were moving in different directions," Sanderson said.
