The two-time defending NCAA champion University of Minnesota wrestling program has announced the dates and times for television broadcasts of home dual meets for the 2002-03 season. The televised meets are broadcast on Fox Sports North (FSN).    The following two dual meets are scheduled for broadcast: Sunday, Nov. 24 vs. Virginia Tech and Sunday, Feb. 23 vs. Indiana. This weekend's meet at Williams Arena will be tape-delayed to Tuesday, Dec. 3, from 6:30-8 p.m. The Indiana meet at the Sports Pavilion will be broadcast live at 12:30 p.m. on FSN.    In addition to the televised meets, Minnesota is hosting another much-anticipated dual meet this season - the Ice Dual on Friday, Jan. 3, with top-ranked Oklahoma State taking on the Golden Gophers at Target Center in downtown Minneapolis.
