North Dakota State University senior wrestler Todd Fuller was named the Male Athlete of the Year by the the North Dakota Associated Press Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.    Fuller, a Maple Lake, MN, product, earned the NCAA Division II individual title at 174 pounds in March while helping the Bison to a second-place team finish. He was 35-4 in the 2001-02 campaign, charting 11 pins and four major decisions on his way to one of NDSU's four individual North Central Conference championships.     Fuller, a three-time All-American and national champion, finished his wrestling career with a 101-30 record, good for sixth on NDSU's all-time career victories chart.
