AMES, Iowa -- Iowa State wrestler Cael Sanderson will throw out the  first pitch at the June 24 game between the Chicago White Sox and the  Minnesota Twins at the Metrodome in Minneapolis.  The game starts at 7:05  p.m.    Sanderson made wrestling history in March when he became the first  undefeated four-time national champion in collegiate history.  The Heber  City, Utah native won his second straight U.S. Open Freestyle title in  April.  He will compete at U.S. World Team Trials, June 21-23 in St. Paul, Minn. for a spot on the the U.S. team that will compete at the World Championships  Sept. 4-7 in Tehran, Iran.    Sanderson threw out the first pitch and then led a Wrigley Field  crowd in "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" June 1 in Chicago.
