Southern Plains Kids/Cadet Regional Championships  Thursday, June 13th 3:00 p.m.  Allen High School Allen, Texas  Bronze Certification Clinic   Through USA Wrestling's   National Coaches Education Program    USA Wrestling's National Coaches Education Program will host a Bronze Certification Course for coaches at the Southern Plains Kids/Cadet Regional Championships.  Copper Certification is not a prerequisite to attend the Bronze Course.  Coaches interested in starting the certification process can receive Bronze Certification without previously attending a Copper Course.      The Bronze Course is a detailed study of wrestling topics that will help coaches build a successful wrestling program.  Topics of the course include program development, risk management, nutrition and strength training, media relations, and the psychology of coaching. Coaches that attend the clinic and successfully complete the course test will become Bronze Certified.  Coaches will receive the Coaches Guide to Excellence book, Bronze card & certificate, and the Bronze Certified Coach's Polo.      The cost of the course is $50 and will run until conclusion.  Coaches that have received Copper Certification are encouraged to advance to the next level of the National Coaches Education Program by attending this Bronze Course.
