MILLERSVILLE, Pa.--Funeral arrangements have been made for Millersville University of Pennsylvania head wrestling coach Floyd "Shorty" Hitchcock, 50, who died Saturday morning after an eight-month illness.    Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a memorial service Wednesday (February 20) at 2:30 p.m. at the Grace United Methodist Church, 121 North George Street, Millersville., with Pastor Greg Fladeland officiating. A private service will follow at the church, with private interment at the Grace United Methodist Cemetery, Millersville, at the convenience of the family.    Friends may call at the First United Methodist Church on Tuesday (February 19) between 2 and 4 p.m. and 7 and 9 p.m. There will be no viewing or visitation with the family on Wednesday.
