LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ--Junior Mark Minuto of James Madison University, and sophomore Derrell Lorthridge of Old Dominion University, have been named the Colonial Athletic Association Wrestlers of the Week, and freshman John Adams of ODU has been named the CAA Rookie of the Week, for all competition February 5-11.    Minuto (Shamong, NJ/Lenape High School) won a major decision in the final bout to clinch a CAA victory over Old Dominion, and won by fall in JMU's first victory over the University of Virginia since 1990.    Lorthridge (Wilmington, DE/Concord) won both of his CAA bouts last week, including a major decision, to improve to 3-1 in the CAA.  The third ranked heavyweight in the CAA, Lorthridge is now 15-9 overall.    Adams (Chesapeake, VA/Deep Creek High School) moved up two weights and defeated the defending CAA Champion at 184, JMU's Dave Colabella, and pinned his Campbell opponent.
