The confirmaion hearing of Gerald Reynolds, nominee for the position of Assistant Secretary of Education for Civil Rights, has now been RESCHEDULED.    The hearing is now Tuesday, February 26th at 3:00 p.m. in 430 Dirksen Senate Office Building.
