Top-ranked Central Oklahoma, fresh off a win at the National Duals, will face unbeaten Nebraska-Kearney on Friday night at home. Nebraska-Kearney is ranked ninth. Second-ranked North Dakota State will travel to No. 12 South Dakota on Saturday. North Dakota State finished just ahead of South Dakota State to win the national title last season. The NCAA Division II meet came down to the final match when NDSU heavyweight Nick Severson pinned SDSU's Jon Madsen. Both wrestlers are back this year. Severson is ranked No. 1 and Madsen No. 7. A matchup of top-five teams will be held Friday night in Omaha when No. 3 Nebraska-Omaha meets No. 5 Minnesota State-Mankato in a North Central Conference matchup. Nebraska-Omaha will wrestle NCC foe St. Cloud State on Saturday at home. Minnesota State returns home to face Truman State on Sunday. Nebraska-Omaha continues a rough stretch when it travels to Central Oklahoma and Nebraska-Kearney next weekend. Fourth-ranked Ashland (Ohio) is slated to compete at Mount Union on Friday.
