CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.---There are two changes in the 2001-02 Chattanooga wrestling schedule, and both involve Carson-Newman, UTC wrestling coach Franky James announced Tuesday.    The Mocs' scheduled match tonight at Carson-Newman has been rescheduled for Feb. 13 in Jefferson City, Tenn.    UTC was also scheduled to host Ohio University Dec. 13 but will now host Carson-Newman that night at Maclellan Gym at 7 p.m.    The Dec. 13 match versus the Eagles is UTC's next competition.
