By completing the certification process at the Bronze Level, you will receive the Bronze Certified Card, and Certificate allowing you to coach at USA Wrestling events across the country. Also, you will receive for future reference the Coach's Guide to Excellence, a $30 value. Finally, as an added bonus for completing the Bronze level, you will receive the official Bronze Certified Coach's shirt, a $25 value. Coaches who are Bronze certified are leaders in the wrestling community and are then encouraged to pursue further education through NCEP by completing the Silver and Gold levels. Once, a coach is Bronze certified he/she can attend the National Coaches Colleges held annually. The Coaches College is a five-day intensive study of the sport of wrestling. This past year, two of USA Wrestling's Olympic Coaches completed their Silver Certification.
