Lawrenceville, N.J. - The Colonial Athletic Association has announced its preseason All-Rookie wrestling team for the 2001-2002 season.    The new, 12-team wrestling league was formed recently when the CAA and the East Coast Wrestling Association merged.    The CAA defending champion, George Mason, and the ECWA defending champion, Hofstra, lead the All-Rookie team with three grapplers each.    The new league will send 27 wrestlers to the NCAA Div. I Wrestling Championships, held March 21-23, at the Pepsi Arena in Albany, N.Y., and co-hosted by Rider University.    The 2002 CAA Championships will be held at James Madison, March 8-9.
