West Virginia wrestling coach Craig Turnbull announced the addition of Shane Cunanan as a transfer to the Mountaineers from Oregon State.    Cunanan, a native of Spokane, Wash., was a two-time PAC-10 runner-up and NCAA qualifier at 141 pounds while at Oregon State. Heading into this season, He was ranked No. 12 in the preseason Intermat poll. He will have two years of eligibility left at WVU.    "Shane is a significant addition to the program," said Coach Turnbull. "We really needed som experience to blend with our young talent and Shane provides us with that. He puts us in a position to accomplish some of our goals this season."    Cunanan joins a recruiting class that was ranked No. 13 by Intermat in June.
