Only three of the brand-new competition mats being used for the 2001 World Championships of Wrestling in New York City are still available for purchase by the American wrestling community.    These new FILA approved mats will be an outstanding addition to any club wrestling room, high school or college program. Each mat is composed of foam squares and a vinyl cover which makes them easy for transportation.     All of the other World Championships mats, put up for sale by USA Wrestling, have already been purchased. Those who are interested should make immediate arrangements if they would like one of the final three mats.    The cost of each mat is $4,400, plus shipping, from Madison Square Garden. The mats will need to be picked up no later than September 30, 2001 from New York City.    These mats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
