New college program at Menlo College announces first recruiting class

Menlo College will be in its first year of competition this year and with that hopes to make an impact immediately. The signing of several California Community College All-Americans coupled with some top high school performers and they have laid a foundation for years to come. "I am anxiously awaiting the season and look forward to the venture as we try to build the program from scratch and with that be competitive as soon as next season," said head coach Keith Spataro. "Only time will tell how the development will be of the young athletes," he continued. "With no returning guys, it will be a challenge to get everyone on the same page and handle the workload and competitiveness of this level. It should be fun."
