USA WRESTLING JOB OPPORTUNITY 

GRECO-ROMAN DEVELOPMENTAL COACH/ASSISTANT RESIDENT COACH

This individual will work with National Teams Director and the National Greco-Roman Coach to develop programs to help establish USA Wrestling as a world power in Greco-Roman Wrestling.

Responsibilities

1. Developmental Programs: Oversee establishing developmental programs and develop new programs to track and improve skills of top age group athletes. These include the Big Brother Program, age group developmental and World Team training camps and Tour du Monde program.

2. Coaches Education: Establish coaching clinics, set up Summer Study Program and Coaches College. Work with National Teams Department in enhancing the National Coaches Education Program.

3. Assist with Resident Program: Includes training of resident athletes, along with helping recruit future resident athletes.

4. Women¹s National Team Program: Work with National Teams Department to help develop Women¹s National Team Program.

5. Other responsibilities as determined by the National Teams Director.

The candidate must have a minimum of three years coaching experience and a bachelor¹s degree. Experience on the international level as a coach and/or athlete is a plus.
