USA WRESTLING JOB OPPORTUNITY 

RESIDENT FREESTYLE COACH/FREESTYLE DEVELOPMENT COACH

This individual will work with National Teams Director and the National Freestyle Coach in preparing elite and age group athletes for international competition.

Responsibilities

1. Resident Training Program: Recruit potential resident athletes and oversee daily training. Set up short term training plans of non-resident elite athletes.

2. Age Group Developmental Programs: Identify top athletes at age group levels and set up programs that will enhance performance at the World level. Includes Big Brother Program, Tour du Monde, and training camps.

3. Enhancing Coach Development in USA: Participate in USA Wrestling National Coaches Education Program.

4. Women¹s National Team Program: Work with National Teams Department to help develop Women¹s National Team Program.

5. Other responsibilities as determined by National Teams Director.

The candidate must have a minimum of three years coaching experience and a bachelor¹s degree. Experience on the international level as a coach and/or athlete is a plus.
