HOST UM-MORRIS WINS MINNESOTA-MORRIS WOMEN'S OPEN WITH FOUR INDIVIDUAL CHAMPIONS, DEC. 5 
 The host University of Minnesota-Morris won four of the five individual titles and clamed the team championship at the Minnesota-Morris Women's Open held in Morris, Dec. 5. Athletes from the United States and Canada participated in this annual event. 
 The Outstanding Wrestler was Sarah McMann (Marion, N.C./UM-Morris), the champion at 123.25 pounds. McMann who pinned top ranked and 1998 U.S. World Team member Tina George (S. Euclid, Ohio/UM-Morris) in the gold medal match in 4:32. Earlier in the tournament, McMann also pinned No. 5 ranked Aimee McNab (Malone, Wis./UM-Morris). 
 McMann holds a No. 5 national ranking at 136.5 pounds, but has dropped to a lower weight class this year. 
 The other UM-Morris individual champions were Olivia Ocampo (Oxnard, Calif./UM Morris) at 112.25 pounds, Cassie Inman (Rochelle, Ill./UM-Morris) at 136.5 pounds and Nina Vernon (Rodeo, Calif./UM-Morris) at 149.75 pounds. 
 The champion at 165.25 pounds was Dominique Smalley (Ames, Iowa/Iowa State).
