FORWARD NAMED OUTSTANDING WRESTLER AT WESTERN JUNIOR FREESTYLE REGIONALS IN LAS VEGAS, NEV., APRIL 30 
  Clark Forward of Archbold, Ohio was named the Outstanding Wrestler in the 1999 Western Junior Freestyle Regional Championships, held at the Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev., April 29-30. 
  Forward claimed the 143-pound weight class, stopping Josh Yetzer of Mansfield, Ohio, 6-0 in the finals. Forward won all of his other matches by fall or technical fall, and only allowed one point the entire tournament. 
  Forward was one of seven double champions at the 1999 Western Junior Regionals, winning both the freestyle and Greco-Roman events this weekend. Other double champs were Justin Pearch of Mollala, Ore. at 98 pounds, Nate Gallick of Tucson, Ariz. at 105.5 pounds, Dustin May of Derby, Kan. at 123 pounds, Josh McLay of Hastings, Minn. at 165 pounds, Mike Pierce of Gresham, Ore. at 178 pounds and Nick Bruels of Hastings, Minn. at 275 pounds. 
  1998 Junior Nationals champion Zach Roberson of Overland Park, Kan. won the 132-pound title, with a technical fall in the finals over Richie Cordova of Ogden, Utah, 11-0 in 2:14.
