Rally 4 Wrestling Atlanta is hosting a three day training camp featuring five Olympic Champions on August 31 – September 2.
The training camp is a part of the Rally 4 Wrestling event which is a celebration of wrestling, a Keep Olympic Wrestling event, and a send-off for the U.S. Men’s Freestyle World Team as it goes through final preparation for the 2013 Championships in Budapest, Hungary, Sept. 16-22.
Olympic Champion Brandon Slay and three-time World Champions Lee Kemp headline the group of instructors for August 31. Also making appearances will be Olympic bronze medalist Nate Carr, Olympian Sanshiro Abe and Junior World Champion Bubba Jenkins.
On September 1, campers will learn from the most decorated heavyweight wrestler in history, Bruce Baumgartner, who won two Olympic gold medals, one silver and one bronze. Olympic and World Champion Tom Brands, Olympian John Azevedo and two-time NCAA Champion Wade Schalles are the other instructors for the day.
The final day of the camp features wrestling legends Dan Gable and John Smith joined again by Baumgartner. Smith is a two-time Olympic and four-time World Champion and Gable is an Olympic and World Champion and legendary coach at Iowa. USA World Team Coach and World Champion Zeke Jones is also set to instruct.
Also on September 2, campers will get an exclusive look at the USA World Teams as they will work out on the final day of camp.
There is limited enrollment for the training camp so campers are encouraged to register as soon as possible to guarantee their spot.
