Seven U.S. wrestlers won gold in men’s freestyle at the 2013 FILA Cadet Pan American Championships Sunday in Medellin, Colombia. The U.S. completed the sweep of team titles, finishing the men’s freestyle tournament in first with 97 points. Venezuela finished in second with 77 points and Colombia in third with 71. Winning weight class titles for the U.S. were Christian Jenco at 100 kg/220 lbs., Daton Fix at 50 kg/110.2 lbs., Kaid Brock at 54 kg/119 lbs., Nick Lee at 58 kg/127.8 lbs., Mason Manville at 69 kg/152 lbs., Brooks Robinson at 76 kg/167.5 lbs. and Robert Steveson at 85 kg/187.4 lbs. Joe Smith at 63 kg/138.75 lbs., Paul Bianchi at 46 kg/101.4 lbs. and Kaden Gfeller at 42 kg/92.5 lbs. all won silver medals.
