INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA has released standings for the 2013 NCAA Most Dominant Wrestler Award and most falls and tech falls in Divisions I, II and III. 
 
A minimum of 17 matches are required to be eligible for the Most Dominant Wrestler standings this week. That required match total will increase by one per week until 18 matches is reached. For match results to be counted toward any of the award standings they must come against opponents within the same division. 
 
For the fifth consecutive week, Ohio State’s Logan Stieber remains atop the Most Dominant Wrestler standings, with an average of 5.5882 points. The 133-pounder holds a substantial lead in Division I over Dustin Kilgore (Kent State), who is in second place with a 5.1143 average. 
 
In Division II, Pittsburgh-Johnstown’s Travis McKillop surpassed former leaders Carl Broghammer (Upper Iowa) and Shamus O’Grady (St. Cloud State) to capture the top spot in the standings with a 4.619 points average. 
 
Nazar Kulchytskyy of Wisconsin-Oshkosh remains Division III’s leader for the third straight week. The 165-pounder averages 5.4375 points as of February 17, and holds the second-best mark across all divisions. Kulchytskyy extended his sizable advantage over Kyle Kwiat of Ohio Northern who averages 4.75.  
 
In the Division I falls standings, Kent State’s Dustin Kilgore continues to hold the lead with a total of 17 falls. The 197-pounder is trailed by Cornell’s Kyle Dake (165 pounds) who has tallied 16. 
 
Two wrestlers have posted a division-best 11 falls in Division II. Justin Schumacher (Colorado Mesa University) holds down the number one spot this week securing those pins in 38:06, while Newberry’s Jeffrey Vesta has taken 39:08 to lock up his pins. 
 
Kulchytskyy leads all divisions with an impressive 20 pins. The Division III grappler is trailed by Nick Scotto (Wesleyan (CT)) with 18.
 
In the tech fall standings, Penn State’s David Taylor leads for the fifth consecutive week with eight and a cumulative time of 49:50. Ben Bennett of Central Michigan (184 pounds) has also posted eight technical falls, but in a cumulative time of 51:27. 
 
Mercyhurst’s Dylan D’Urso leads the Division II tech fall standings for the fifth straight week, posting a total of six in 28:18. The 133-pounder is trailed by four other wrestlers in Division II, each with four technical falls apiece. 
 
For the sixth consecutive week, Kyle Kwiat of Ohio Northern is the cross-divisional tech falls leader with 15, seven more than any other wrestler. In Division III, the 174-pounder is trailed by Elisha Gaylor (Ursinus) with eight tech falls.
