Penn State remains No. 1, Iowa moves to No. 3; Teams set to dual on Friday in Iowa City

Penn State remained the No. 1 team in the country according to the USA Today/NWCA/AWN Division I Coaches Poll released Tuesday. The Nittany Lions (8-0) have remained the unanimous No. 1 in each poll during the 2013 calendar year.
The Nittany Lions will have their biggest test to date this Friday in Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City as the third-ranked Iowa Hawkeyes will host the Nittany Lions live on the Big Ten Network.
Iowa moved to No. 3 after beating then No. 3 Minnesota 16-15 on criteria on Saturday afternoon at Williams Arena in Minneapolis. Each teams split the 10 individual matches, but Iowa won on the third criteria, most match points.
Minnesota swapped positions with Iowa, and comes in ranked No. 4 this week.
Oklahoma State remained No. 2 and improved to 11-0 with a 44-6 win against Arizona State
Ohio State, Illinois and Missouri remained steady, holding their positions at No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7. Virginia Tech moved up one spot to No. 8 after two weekend wins coupled with Cornell's loss to Oregon State. The Hokies beat Maryland and then-No. 16 Oklahoma, while the Beavers leapfrogged the Big Red to No. 9, while Cornell fell to No. 10.
Bloomsburg continues its rise up the rankings, moving up five spots to No. 14 after a 19-18 criteria victory over EWL rival Edinboro.
Purdue's 22-14 victory over then No. 20 Wisconsin on Monday night at Hindsale Central High School in suburban Chicago lifted the Boilermakers to No. 18.
Oklahoma lost two road duals to unranked Lehigh and then No. 9 Virginia Tech. The Sooners slid to No. 22.
North Dakota State re-entered the Top 25 after an upset victory over Wyoming.
