2012 Olympic wrestling medalists Jake Varner, Jordan Burroughs, and Coleman Scott join World Champion Adeline Gray and MMA and Hollywood Star Randy Couture in “only one of its kind” event at Tustin High School Performance Arena, Tustin, California on December 19th.

The final stop of the Olympic Team Thanks America Celebration Tour has evolved into a unique event fans will not want to miss. It is being called the Wrestling Nation Champions Tour and will offer something special for everybody.

“U.S. Wrestling Olympians are among the strongest, most explosive and entertaining athletes in the world”, said USA Wrestling’s director of development Larry Nugent. “If you are in a position to witness the rock concert atmosphere at The Wrestling Nation Champions Tour on December 19th take advantage of the opportunity. It will be a historic showcase by our sport’s greatest stars!”

The program includes an innovative ASICS physical skills test for the inner wrestler in each of us to assess your skills.  ASICS, USA Wrestling’s Official Corporate Sponsor, will give away footwear and apparel to the first 100 fans to challenge their skills with the Olympians. In addition to the ASICS challenge, there will be other challenge stations geared to engage wrestling fans of all ages!

Leading the star powered event, is Greco-Roman wrestling national champion, Mixed Martial Arts superstar and current Hollywood star Randy Couture! 

“Randy considers himself a wrestler first and USA Wrestling is grateful for his continued support, said Nugent. “Having Randy and Olympic Champion Jake Varner, two of the strongest athletes ever, side-by-side on the lighted stage. A ticket sales contest is in effect, and the wrestling team that sells the most tickets will be invited to the after party sponsored by Wrestling Mart.com.

USA Wrestling member coaches and officials will be admitted free of charge. In addition to that, member athletes will be able to purchase admission at the discounted rate of $10.00. Membership in USA Wrestling must be verified before these offers are available. These two offers are exclusive to USA Wrestling members and can only be gained on the day of event.
