BELGRADE, Serbia – Two-time Olympian Spenser Mango (Colorado Springs, Colo./U.S. Army) won a gold medal in Greco-Roman at 55 kg/121 lbs.at the Ljubomir Ivanovic Gedza International on Saturday.

Mango won four matches, including a 6-0, 2-0 victory in the final of his round-robin bouts against fellow American Paul Tellgren (Anoka, Minn./Minnesota Storm). Tellgren finished with a 1-1 record to win the silver medal.

Mango competed in the 2008 Olympics and has qualified for the U.S. team at the 2012 Olympics in London, England. He has also made three straight U.S. World Teams.

The only other American competition on Saturday was Caylor Williams (Greensboro, N.C./Sunkist Kids), who went 0-1 at 96 kg/211.5 lbs.

Four other 2012 U.S. Olympians in Greco-Roman weighed in and received their draws for Saturday. Competing will be the following Olympians:
• Justin Lester, Colorado Springs, Colo. (U.S. Army) at 66 kg/145.5 lbs.
• Ben Provisor, Colorado Springs, Colo. (Sunkist Kids) at 84 kg/185 lbs.
• Chas Betts, Colorado Springs, Colo. (Minnesota Storm) at 84 kg/185 lbs.
• Dremiel Byers, Colorado Springs, Colo. (U.S. Army) at 120 kg/264.5 lbs.

Provisor, who made the Olympic team at 74 kg/163 lbs. will be competing up one weight class.
