Oregon State to host Making A Difference College Wrestling Day

Oregon State will be hosting a USA Wrestling Making A Difference Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 26 at the Truax Center in Corvallis, Ore.
The tournament will feature brackets with 4-5 wrestlers in a blocked weight class grouped by experience. One added benefit is wrestlers who weigh-in on November 25 will receive admission to the Oregon State vs. Missouri dual that night.
Weigh-ins will also be held on Saturday morning, starting at 7 a.m. with wrestling starting at 10 a.m.
Making a Difference Tournaments focus on supporting college wrestling with all the money raised going directly to help support college level programs. The series allows athletes to wrestle as USA Wrestling members for the tournament without buying a membership card.
All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the wrestling program at Oregon State University.

Age Divisions:
Peewee- Born Prior to 2005,
Bantam-Born 2004-2005,
Intermediate- Born 2002- 2003,
Novice- Born 200-2001,
Schoolboy- Born 1998-1999,
Cadet- Born 1996-1997,
Junior- Born on or after September 1, 1992, plus enrolled in grades 9-12
Custom medals will be awarded to all competitors and admission for adults is $5.
