Jay Robison resigns as Washington & Jefferson head wrestling coach

Washington & Jefferson College Head Wrestling Coach Jay Robison recently announced his resignation to pursue other interests.  
 
Robison has served as the Presidents’ head coach for the past six seasons.  The 2008 PAC Coach of the Year coached 12 PAC champions, including sophomore Robbie Mies, who has won the 197-pound title in back-to-back years.  
 
“We thank Coach Robison for his dedication to our wrestling program and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors,” said W&J Director of Athletics Bill Dukett.  
 
Dukett will begin a national search for Robison’s replacement immediately.
