Two-time U.S. World Team member Jake Clark has been spending a lot of time in the last 18 months in and around islands. This time, he's back in Hawaii training with MMA star B.J. Penn.

Clark talks about his goals towards 2012 in Greco-Roman wrestling and his trials in life and in travel.

A Minnesota native, Clark made U.S. world teams in 2006 and 2010. Among the things Clark discusses are the lack of television in some of his island travels and the Minnesota Vikings.
