Tommy Rowlands is balancing a life with a wife and young daughter and training towards the 2012 Olympic Games.

The 2007 World Team member was fifth at the World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan and after a year off after the Olympic Trials, has come back to competition.

In USA Wrestling's latest MatChat Podcast, Rowlands talks with Jason Bryant about the return to competition, the recent eight-week training cycle, traveling, working out at the Ohio Regional Training Center and what it'll take for him to become an Olympic Champion.
