While stopping through the USA Wrestling office in Colorado Springs, Colo., two-time World Team member and 2009 World Silver Medalist Jake Herbert sat down with Jason Bryant for the latest installment of the USA Wrestling MatChat Podcast.

Herbert, is currently splitting time between Colorado Springs, where he's a resident athlete, and Evanston, Ill., where he's a volunteer assistant coach at his alma mater, Northwestern.

Always jovial, Herbert talked about the USA vs. Russia dual at Hofstra, his performance at the NYAC International and an overseas trip to Nice, France.
