The Cyclone Wrestling Club will kick off the start of the 2010-2011 Iowa State wrestling season with the Fifth Annual Cyclone Wrestling Pre-Season Kickoff Dinner to be held on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the 7-Flags Event Center in Clive, Iowa.   

The event will begin with a social hour and autograph session at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner at 6:45 PM, with the coach’s program to follow at approximately 8:00 PM.  Featured speakers for the evening will be Iowa State Head Coach Kevin Jackson and 2010 USA World Freestyle Team member Travis Paulson.  The evening’s events will also include a silent and live auction. 

This event is open to the general public and all wrestling fans.  Tickets are $20.00 for adults and $10 for children age 12 and under if purchased prior to October 8, 2010.  After October 8th, the price of tickets increases to $25 for adults and $12 for children.  A limited number of tickets will be available at the door. The Cyclone Wrestling Club is a nonprofit 501 ( c )( 3 ) organization with the mission of furthering Iowa State Cyclone Wrestling by providing financial assistance and fan support to the Iowa State University Wrestling Program in their pursuit of wrestling excellence and financial assistance to former Cyclone wrestlers training for international competition and the 2012 Olympic Games.
