The NWCA Convention is underway at the Delray Beach Marriott in Delray Beach, Fla., and USA Wrestling is posting interviews and Q&A videos on its YouTube Channel.

Prior to the kickoff of the NWCA Convention, the NWCA held the Coaches Leadership Academy, a mentor-apprentice program which helps younger coaches understand all that goes into coaching as well as an exchange of ideas to promote the sport and foster stability in each college wrestling program.

Interviews will be posted throughout the weekend with college coaches from around the country in all divisions. 

Currently, there are two NWCA promos, one featuring 2008 U.S. Olympian Marcie Van Dusen and Alaina Berube, two of the first female wrestling women's head coaches.
