John Smith ran practice on Monday, August 2 as the latest freestyle training camp gets underway in Colorado Springs at the U.S. Olympic Training Center.

Smith, along with 2010 World Teamers Obe Blanc and Brent Metcalf, talk about practice, the little things that the U.S. needs to improve upon and what's going right after the Golden Grand Prix in Baku.

Blanc and Metcalf, both first-time World Team members, talk about their performances in Baku and what the camp has been like for them.
