BUDAPEST, Hungary – The final four U.S. men’s freestyle wrestlers at the Junior World Championships have weighed in on Saturday and received their draws for Sunday’s competition.

Two members of the 2009 U.S. Junior World Team will compete on Sunday, Jason Chamberlain (Springville, Utah/Bronco WC) at 66 kg/145.5 lbs. and Chris Perry, (Stillwater, Okla./Gator WC) at 84 kg/185 lbs.

Perry, who competes for Oklahoma State, placed fifth at the Junior World Championships in 2009. Chamberlain, who competes for Boise State, did not place last year.

Perry drew Ville Tapani Heino of Finland for his first match. Heino was seventh in the 2009 Junior World Championships.

Chamberlain drew Yun-Han Lee of Korea for his opener.

Also competing on the final day of competition for the United States are Ryak Finch (Safford, Ariz./Arizona Heat WC) at 55 kg/121 lbs. and Jeremy Johnson (Broadview Heights, Ohio/Bobcat WC) at 120 kg/264.5 lbs.

Finch, a Junior Nationals double champion in 2009, is a graduated senior who will be attending Iowa State. Johnson competes for Ohio University.

Finch drew 2010 Asian Junior silver medalist Nomin Batbold of Mongolia in the first round

Johnson opens against Bincho Dinkov Stoyanov of Bulgaria.

“We have a good chance to get off to a better start tomorrow,” said U.S. coach Scott Chenoweth. “We have two guys who have been here before and both have good draws. We could do well. Hopefully, we can get some early momentum and build off that.”
