USA Wrestling is hosting the U.S. Open and FILA Junior Nationals held at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Competition for the U.S. Open Wrestling Championships will take place April 23-24 in conjunction with the FILA Junior Nationals on April 22 and 25. 

All three Olympic styles: Greco-Roman, men’s and women’s freestyle will be contested in the U.S. Open Wrestling Championships. Past Olympians and World medalists will be headlining this competition. 

The top seven place winners in each weight class will qualify for the World Team Trials held in Council Bluffs, Iowa, June 10-12.
FILA Junior athletes will compete for the top spots in both freestyle and Greco-Roman.

For the U.S. Open, all participants MUST register online by the deadline. There is NO late or onsite registration for the U.S. Open - No exceptions!

This age group of 17-20 year olds features some of the nation’s top high school wrestlers, as well as underclassmen from the college level. 

The national champions will earn the No. 1 position on the top of the ladder for the FILA Junior World Team Trials, set for May 28 in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Both on-line and on-site registration is available for FILA Junior athletes. There is a $10 late fee for registering on-site in addition to the original registration cost of $40.
